Subscription & Refund Policy

Free or Paid Trial
We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for the service. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the price shown on the payment screen for the selected subscription term. If a trial is available, it will be clearly indicated on the price screen before checkout. If no trial is displayed, you are purchasing a standard subscription without a trial.
We may also provide discounted plans that renew at the regular full price, as well as other promotional offers.
Subscription
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, semi-annual, annual, or as otherwise selected at the time of purchase) until you cancel.
Payment Method
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation (e.g., by single-touch identification, facial recognition, entering your payment details on the web, or accepting the subscription terms displayed on the payment screen or Apple/Google pop-up). If a trial period applies, the charge will occur once the trial ends. By completing the purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the submitted payment method.
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription will disable automatic renewal. However, you will continue to have access to all subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the App Store:
You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period. Subscription management is handled solely through your Apple ID. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on Google Play:
You can cancel a trial or subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website:
You may cancel a trial or subscription at any time through your account settings on our website, via PayPal (if PayPal was used as your payment method), or by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. To avoid being charged, please ensure the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.
Disputing a charge does not automatically cancel a subscription and is considered a breach of the cancellation policy. You must follow the proper cancellation procedures outlined in this policy to avoid further charges.
Refunds
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the App Store:

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on Google Play:
If you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Google. To do so, please follow the instructions provided on Google's support page.
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website:
Except as required by law, all completed transactions are non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws and any refund policies we may publish from time to time. Please note that once your subscription period has ended, the service is considered fully delivered, and no refunds will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
Note for residents of certain US states:
If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase at any time before midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase, and we will refund your payment in full.
Note for residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland:
If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of services. However, if you purchase a single item of digital content (such as a video recording or PDF file), you expressly agree that the content will be made available to you immediately, and you therefore lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund.
When you subscribe to our Service, which is provided on a continuous basis (such as app subscriptions), you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply of the Service. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund you an amount reduced in proportion to the Service provided before you notified us of your withdrawal.
Changes
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. You will receive reasonable prior notice of such changes, either by an announcement within the app, an email notification, or another prominent method. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.
